Client Org Administrator at TigerConnect

TigerConnect is seeking a sharp and highly attentive Client Organization Administrator to support key initiatives for our Post-Sales team. 


What You'll Own:

  • Assist the Client Success managers in Gainsight and Salesforce activities including report generation and outreach campaigns
  • Create, update, and maintain customer-facing presentation materials for the Client Success Managers, leveraging Microsoft products.
  • Perform research and gather supporting data from various sources, for Client Success Managers and all related Client Success account management activities.
  • Monitor the progress of various projects / programs and help to ensure teams complete  project deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Function as the Client Organization point of contact for our reference library - Bloomfire. 
  • Provide supplemental client outreach for client activities including user conferences and webinars.

What You've Accomplished:

  • 1+ years of previous Administration work is preferred. Experience in the health or technology industry is a plus.
  • Experience managing project deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Experience with performing client/customer outreach via phone or email correspondence. 
  • Experience with; Salesforce, Looker, Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Google Suite and creating (creative) slides/deck.

  • Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects. 
  • Ability to foster a positive atmosphere within the office and with clients.
  • A Self starter with a "can do" attitude with forward and critical thinking skills.
