Accounts Receivable Analyst at TigerConnect

TigerConnect is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in sunny Santa Monica! This is a newly created role for our rapidly expanding company, and is a critical part of the accounting department. As the Accounts Receivable Analyst you will assist in customer invoicing, cash receipts process, cash collections process, and preparing various accounts receivable schedules. This role will also work closely and collaborate with the finance, sales, and operations teams. You will be tasked with continuously improving processes and building scalability as TigerConnect continues to grow as a company. 


What You’ll Own:

  • Manage the billing and collections processes
  • Generate simple and complex invoices within NetSuite
  • Communicate with customers to resolve all billing and collection issues
  • Analyze accounts receivable aging report on a weekly basis
  • Reconcile customer account balances
  • Work closely with the AP Team to verify and match incoming payments to open invoices, and resolve any discrepancies as needed
  • Track and enter billing credits and adjustments
  • Perform low-volume credit card transactions
  • Ensure Salesforce data integrity by reviewing customer contracts
  • Understand operational impact to billing and revenue
  • Assist with automation and testing of new software to streamline billing process
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as needed to support the accounting team

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional, personable, and energetic
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience with NetSuite and SalesForce is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
