To continue this mission, we are now looking for an IT Manager to join our team. The main responsibility areas for the IT manager are Connectivity, Account Management, and Device Management, for both our Customers and Employees. We are therefore looking for an IT manager who has stellar experience in all these areas, and has the customer, colleague, and partner-relationship mindset to find solutions that fit each of these end-user best. This role, together with the second IT Manager, will be reporting to Head of Facility/IT/HR.

    • Providing daily first-line support for employees
    • Full support of onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
    • Maintaining of  back office systems and making sure events and activities run smoothly from the tech solutions side
    • Assessing vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
    • Budgeting and Procurement of tools and devices
    • Defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes and the tools within
    • Office network management
    • Training employees

    • 3+ years of hands on Internal IT management experience, preferably experience in a team lead role,
    • experience and excellent working knowledge of the following computer systems: Windows, Mac, Linux, IOS, Android; computer and network security; network and systems administration; account and accesses management,
    • agile mindset with thrive for working in fast changing environment,
    • advanced level English.
