YouTube Account Manager at ZEFR

ZEFR is hiring!  The YouTube Account Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of ZEFR’s entertainment clients, with a focus on sports.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Develop a trusted relationship with clients and focus on achieving a deep understanding of their overall business goals as well as their YouTube-specific goals
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, reporting and other Client Solutions teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success and annual contract renewal
  • Manage clients’ daily questions, issues, feedback, and make sure to inform appropriate parties internally
  • Effectively disseminate important information to relevant organizations within ZEFR to ensure clients’ needs are always exceeded and that ZEFR continues to provide best-in-class service
  • Work with Video Operations team to ensure content is uploaded and optimized according to pre-determined strategy
  • Work with Analytics team to create reports, analyzing performance to provide data driven recommendations and insights
  • Define, analyze and communicate client metrics and guide the development of presentations to clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand ZEFR’s level of service with each client, and work with the sales team to follow through on those opportunities
  • Willingness to be flexible in terms of work hours, including occasional weekend coverage and support

 Here's what we're looking for:

  • BA/BS required
  • Deep understanding of YouTube platform, including content and digital marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of sports leagues, teams, and players and an interest in their video content.
  • Knowledge of YouTube Content Management System a big plus
  • 1-2 years of account management experience
  • Friendly communication, someone people love working with!
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated passion for the ever-changing social/digital landscape
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A smart, resourceful, motivated person, with a knack for digital brand strategy and strong knowledge of YouTube
