Programmatic Ad Ops Account Manager at Timehop

Timehop is looking for a full-time Account Manager for the Nimbus platform who will play a key role in our growing organization, with a focus on the Nimbus server-to-server mobile advertising exchange.

Timehop surfaces all of your memories, from your camera roll and social media accounts to show you what you did and what you said on this day in history. Our platform has connected people to their past for nearly a decade, and we’ve successfully leveraged programmatic advertising to enable and empower our mission. We now offer this mobile advertising platform–called Nimbus–as a service to third-party mobile applications to power their programmatic advertising needs. 
 
You will play a critical part in assisting Timehop’s Nimbus publisher clients with their implementation, management and optimization of Nimbus. As the go-to Nimbus strategy expert for the publisher, you will provide critical expertise to our clients in most effectively utilizing the Nimbus software. You will take ownership of the business and strategic aspects from the onboarding phase through the completion of the integration phase and beyond. Customers will rely on you to, amongst other tasks, optimize their Nimbus implementation, troubleshoot demand partner problems and bringing on new demand partners. 
 
You will be helping external teams define how to best use our technology to fit their unique user experience and then help them implement by working through the process with our business teams and coordinating with our technical teams. Our internal teams will count on you to inform them how to maintain open lines of communication with the client, manage expectations, and facilitate knowledge transfer. You will be working with executives, engineering team(s), sales teams, ad ops team, and more to creatively identify ways for them to solve their monetization problems in the digital media space.
 
 
You would be responsible for:
 
 
- Serving as point person for all post-sale client requests and communication with client, including performance reports, client meetings, yield optimization recommendations.
- Sharing knowledge and understanding the programmatic ecosystem to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and react/take action accordingly.
- Developing, growing, and maintaining relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
- Partnering with engineering and programmatic team to develop and provide regular actionable insights to clients with results detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Working knowledge of demand or sell side platforms with a strong understanding of optimizations and enhancements.
- Knowledge and experience working with 3rd party Ad Servers and familiarity with Unified auctions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and incorporate feedback to improve workflows and processes
- Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions
