We are currently seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to join our Fly team in San Francisco to to drive sales and revenue generation and continue building our expansion within existing and new markets!

The Vice President Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy implementation while driving sales targets, efficiency, compliance and a customer focused culture across the brokerage organization. This role will provide leadership and mentor Market Segment Management to ensure that brokerage employees are empowered to provide clients with the best experience possible utilizing Flyhomes innovative products and services.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver on the company’s revenue growth objectives; Experiment and develop winning sales strategies to improve revenue growth
  • Build and scale regional sales teams to effectively achieve revenue targets in both existing and expansion markets
  • Drive scalable growth by building repeatable process, best practices and optimal organizational design.
  • Work with marketing and product to maximize team success - from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs.
  • Mentor and coach sales leadership to encourage professional development of the sales staff.
  • Work hand in hand with our VP of Sales Operations to drive alignment across revenue strategies.
  • Engage cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, compliance and sales operations to execute corporate strategies across the brokerage.
  • Use data analytics to drive sales strategies and philosophies across the sales teams.
  • Work with marketing and product to maximize team success - from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Hire, nurture and performance manage a team of world-class sales talent
  • Remain knowledgeable on relevant market and industry trends, competition and compliance requirements
  • Model company values and professional ethics and hold yourself and others to the highest degree of integrity

What You’ll Bring

  • Seven or more years of relevant business development and sales management experience
  • Sales experience in hospitality or financial consulting preferred
  • Demonstrated sales leadership of dispersed teams
  • Strong operational experience and understanding how to drive a data and KPI driven business
  • Real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with G Suite and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
