BIlling and Collections Analyst at Atrium

As Atrium’s Billing and Collections Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to build an effective billing, payment and collections processes to support profitable company operations. Maintain current billing and collection process and consistently look for opportunities in  process improvement to optimize accounting operations. As the team and company grows, the scope of your responsibilities will expand and further leadership opportunities will become available.

What will you be doing?

    • Manage billing at the month end close: Process Bill Run, Process Payments, Collections
    • Be the primary point of contact for billing alias and help manage billing related issues
    • Work with Accounts Management team to help resolve billing / invoice inquiries
    • Maintain all payment and collection metrics, identify areas of improvement,  work with business partners to enhance current process
    • Responsible for quarterly write-offs as per accounting collections policy

What does success look like in this role?

    • BS degree in Accounting (preferred but not required)
    • Zuora Experience is a plus
    • Around 3-4 years of total experience
    • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections
    • SalesForce and Netsuite Experience is a plus
