About the Role

Lattice is looking for a world-class Director Of Sales who will own sales functions as we go through the next phase of growth. This role will report to our CRO, Dini Mehta, and will be based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and lead a world class sales team while forging relationships and developing the existing sales team
  • Align go-to-market teams (SDR, marketing, and executive) to execute the revenue plan and represent a clear, single vision to customers and the marketplace
  • Manage overall sales process and own accurate sales forecasting
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Be a proactive voice of the customer within the senior GTM leadership team
  • Establish and evolve KPIs, sales processes and systems to support the revenue growth
  • Be the voice of the market and influence / collaborate on product, pricing, and messaging

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years proven experience in SaaS sales  and consistent overachievement of quota
  • 5+ years experience managing a team 
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing enterprise sales organization
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations in a product led saas company 
  • Proven success navigating technology organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and buying process for SaaS tools
  •  Prior experience in a startup technology company a plus
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand-up presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
