Product Education Specialist at TigerConnect

We are seeking a well-organized professional with experience developing training tools and providing technology training services within a healthcare environment. The Product Education Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining TigerConnect client on-boarding and training tools as well as delivering TigerConnect training to end users, administrators, and help desk / support functions. As a subject matter expert, the Product Education Specialist will also field training-related support inquiries, and identify up-sell opportunities for additional products and training services. Further, this individual will develop and host focused-content webinars with the goal of engaging both new and existing clients on specific features within the application. We are looking for a critical thinker who will apply methodologies, tools and techniques to provide best practice training services and product insights to drive adoption, retention, product expansion, user growth, and advocacy across our client base. The ideal candidate will possess soft skills that include basic conversational abilities, proficiency in asking probing questions, and understanding the timing of when and when not to initiate an up-sell conversation.

What You'll Own:

  • In partnership with Professional Services, Client Care, Client Development, and Marketing teams - design, build, and maintain new TigerConnect client on-boarding knowledgebase and training portal
  • Work with Marketing and Technical Documentation teams to create and maintain all client-facing training documentation and processes (online portal, CBTs, PPTs, videos and other training materials)
  • Support Client Care organization with user inquiries associated with training needs
  • Advise clients on how best to leverage existing products and features and, where appropriate, suggest new features they may not be using
  • Record recommendations shared with customers in Salesforce to measure success of up-sells
  • Deliver onsite and remote training sessions in support of Professional Services engagements 
  • Host periodic best practice / training webinars on key features demonstrating how they can improve workflows for TigerConnect clients
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Identify product and user expansion opportunities that arise via training activities and collaborate with account teams accordingly

What You've Accomplished:

  • Minimum of 3  years technology training, clinical informatics, or related experience in a healthcare environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical personnel
  • Experience building and/or administering online training tools or LMS systems a big plus
  • Able to provide training geared to support healthcare workflows and systems
  • Ability to apply knowledge and experience to technical topics in a healthcare setting
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient care, clinical systems
  • Basic technical support experience to help customers overcome technical related issues
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work well with others
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite - particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Up to 25% travel required
