TigerConnect - the leading provider of HIPAA compliant messaging and workflow optimization tools for the healthcare industry - is seeking an exceptional Integrations leader to lead all initiatives related to Healthcare IT Integrations.  The Sr. Director, Integrations will define a strategy for productized and custom integrations with TigerConnect’s customer base, as well as the resources required internally to service this strategy. Integrations range from EHR feeds, Interface Engines, nurse call systems, VoIP/PBX, scheduling systems and more.

This leader in Integrations will play a crucial role in the product roadmap, technical strategy, and system architecture, and also dictate priority and go to market.  This leader will collaborate closely with other senior members of Engineering and Product team to deliver new integrations features while ensuring that customers get the most value out of TigerConnect’s products and services. The ideal candidate has passion and a positive demeanor, a strong technical background in Healthcare IT Integrations, Integrations services and team building.


What You'll Own:

  • Define strategy, go to market, and organization structure for delivering integrations to TigerConnect’s Healthcare IT customers
  • Oversee, mentor, develop, recruit, and retain a team of Integrations specialists
  • Plan, develop, deliver integration solutions in partnership with our customers
  • Participate in building a roadmap and developing long-term team vision in partnership with Product and Engineering teams
  • Work closely with other Engineering and Product team members to support integrations initiatives and determine best courses of action to deliver value and achieve business objectives
  • Take ownership of integrations across the company, remove roadblocks and identify and implement improvements to our implementation and sales processes
  • Manage the performance and career development of your team 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or 8+ years equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years experience in Healthcare IT integrations experience, including a deep understanding of HL7, FHIR, Interface Engine, or nurse call SIP experience.
  • 4+ years of delivering Healthcare IT services, i.e. owning a P&L for services and billing customers
  • Experience building teams and providing professional services to customers
