We are a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers, operations and legal experts building products and tools that are changing the future of the legal industry. 


As the head of the Business Development and Partnerships Team, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement strategies to ensure Atrium is at the center of Silicon Valley’s startup and technology ecosystem.


Your success will mean that you are managing a high performing team tasked to drive additional clients through referral relationships, better retention through technology partnerships and community offers, improved branding through co-marketing partnerships, and potential 10x growth opportunities as we define the strategic partners we will go to market with.


This role will report directly to the COO and have high visibility within and outside of Atrium. You will be given access to the resources and mentors to grow at an extremely fast pace, you will meet many of the most successful investors and business professionals in Silicon Valley, and you will never be bored because there is so much to do!

What will you be doing?

Manage a team responsible for driving partnerships and for delivering non-legal services to our clientsIdentify and validate new markets and product offerings

Own partner identification, targeting, negotiation, and relationship maintenance

Drive pipeline through creation of co-marketing relationships with businesses that share our audience but are non-competitive

Work with our large investor network to find high-growth companies who would be a good fit for Atrium services

Create strategic partnerships that can repeatedly drive large volumes of clients to Atrium

Own a target for influenced and originated revenue

What does success look like in this role?

8+ years driving partnerships at technology, venture capital, or services businesses in Silicon Valley

Proven and measurable success in previously managed partner portfolios

Understanding of venture capital and startup ecosystem

High EQ and IQ.

Strong pedigree (business and education)

Strong writer

Owning a quota is exciting, not intimidating

Wants to prove her/himself

Calm demeanor that puts people at ease

Can seamlessly transition between speaking to executives, VCs, lawyers, and engineers
