As a Technical Sourcer on Atrium’s recruiting team, you will have a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a rapidly growing start-up led by former Twitch co-founder and serial entrepreneur Justin Kan. You will be integral to the Recruiting team’s effectiveness in closely partnering with hiring managers to scale our engineering and product organization (EPD). You will drive high-quality candidates through the top of the funnel to build a strong recruiting pipeline. What you'll be doing

Build relationships with the Recruiting and EPD organization to create a results-driven partnership 

Develop and execute research and sourcing plans while using a variety of traditional platforms and out-of-the box approaches to identifying and bringing in top talent

Participate in events and meetups to network with potential talent and help build Atrium’s brand

Manage leads in the top of funnel in our ATS (Lever); and uphold data integrity to produce regular reports for drawing data-driven insights to make changes in your process and keep management informed

Join weekly meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment

In time, you will craft and send personalized recruiting messages and build email campaigns for nurturing passive candidates

Conduct phone screens to vet potential candidates for team fit

You should apply if you have

A passion for recruiting, data-driven decision making, and iterative processes

3+ years experience working as a Sourcer for a fast-paced tech startup (plus if you have agency experience)

Strong research skills to develop an ecosystem of relevant companies and candidates

Power sourcing techniques on a variety of software platforms, social media and use of complex Boolean searches

Ability to quickly understand job requirements, our product and tech stack, and recruiting tools  

Excellent communication skills - you ask probing questions and listen attentively to get relevant information while keeping stakeholders informed

Rigorous attention to detail and organization - you plan your responsibilities according to business priorities

A track record of accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity to reach aggressive goals - demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership

Resourceful - you seek new ideas and find alternative solutions to overcome limitations.
