  • Scheduling Meetings
  • Creating/updating seating charts for new-hires
  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail
  • Onsite catering to all guests, interview candidates, and customers.
  • Locking doors, turning off temperature (Fridays), and TV’s at the end of day.
  • Taking inventory and ordering snacks, drinks, and office supplies 3-4 times a week.
  • Restocking fridge, coffee pods/tea, sugar packets, loading dishwasher and cleaning up communal areas.
  • Cleaning up the conference rooms (White Board), office area-boxes, sink, etc
  • Help plan and execute holiday events, happy hours and other recreational activities 
  • Any other duties as assigned
