Director, Client Marketing at TigerConnect

As the Senior Manager, Client Marketing, your mission is to build a community of enthusiastic client advocates for TigerConnect who will help generate additional revenue from new and repeat business across our client base of over 6,000 healthcare organizations. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a major company initiative and work across all revenue generating teams -- sales, marketing, and professional services, on both near and long-term customer advocacy and engagement strategies. You’ll need to be tech and business savvy, an analytical thinker, a big-picture visionary, and you must have the drive and ability to make that vision a reality.

 

What You’ll Own:

  • Help TigerConnect generate more revenue from existing clients, turn client advocates into a marketing force, and help to improve our client satisfaction and online reviews.
  • Build additional rapport with clients and generate leads to increase renewals, referrals, as well as cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead and manage client engagement and communication programs, such as in-person events (user meetings and an annual conference), virtual events, educational webinars, workshops & dinner events, trade shows from a client perspective, awards programs, on-boarding kits and signage, and ongoing nurture campaigns.
  • Maintain client connections to ensure continued education and success throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
  • Identify key clients who can act as a marketing channel through case studies, testimonials, media opportunities, speaking opportunities, referrals and references.
  • Help the marketing and sales teams to meet business objectives through client advocacy initiatives.
  • Identify unique channels and opportunities to communicate more effectively with our client base.

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • 7+ years of customer Marketing or related experience
  • Experience working in a B2B technology based organization
  • Strong familiarity with B2B marketing strategies, lead generation funnel, and sales processes
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; basic graphic design capabilities are a plus
  • Previous client service, customer success, or account management experience is a plus
