About the Role
Highspot is looking for our new Head of Marketing for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).  This position is responsible for understanding the market, and driving our growth strategies with a focus on UKI, DACH, Nordic, and Western Europe. You will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution to support our  rapid expansion, and to drive attainment of business goals across all of our customer segments. This role requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organizational collaboration, excellent communication skills,  and a passion for driving leads, account based marketing, customer engagement and advocacy programs. You’ll be based in our new offices in central London, and report to the Managing Director of Highspot EMEA.
What You'll Do
  • Marketing Strategy - define overall strategies, goals, and initiatives that will drive regional growth.
  • Brand and market awareness - create unparalleled brand experiences 
  • Field Marketing & Demand Generation - Identify and execute appropriate field marketing initiatives needed to drive acquisition, leads, and influenced revenue across channels, industries, and events
  • Customer and Advocacy marketing - energize and empower our customer base
  • Partner closely with the global marketing team to ensure campaign consistency across the globe and regionalisation of global programs across the region.
Your Background
  • Strategic marketer who is innovative, passionate, fun, and creative
  • 5+ years of multi-channel marketing experience. You are experienced in planning, executing and optimizing B2B demand generation programs. 
  • Superb leadership skills with a track record for motivating and coaching a team.
  • Experience working with US-based headquarters - you are an “operator” across time zones
  • Strong at Business Partnering. You engage with and value partnering closely with key cross-functional teams including:  corporate HQ, sales, operations and the rest of the marketing organization to support customers and drive growth.
