We are currently seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast paced start-up environment in our Seattle, WA. Fly team office! 

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) develops and executes an innovative talent acquisition strategy and selection approach which reflects Flyhomes culture and values and identifies and attracts a diverse group of talent in support of ambitious company growth objectives. This position will be a key contributor to establish and reinforce excellent recruitment processes and standards, build strong relationships with internal client groups, external sourcing partners, and contribute to the development of Flyhomes external employment brand. This role leads a talent acquisition team focused on enhancement of the recruitment experience for all involved.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and implement an innovative global talent acquisition vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and future workforce planning needs across all geographies.
  • Drive progressive and targeted recruiting strategies that strengthen the quality, quantity and diversity of candidate pipelines based on current and projected business needs.
  • Develop and reinforce exceptional standards to ensure a positive candidate recruitment and on-boarding experience. Establish key metrics and reporting of recruiting statistics and data.
  • Build and drive adoption of enterprise-wide standardized, scalable hiring processes. Lead implementation of all talent acquisition initiatives and software systems.
  • Lead Flyhomes diversity in hiring efforts, systematically increasing employee diversity at every level of the organization. Collaborate with People team on diversity and inclusion initiatives and identify creative opportunities to incorporate into talent acquisition programs.
  • Establish partnerships with client groups to understand their business, manage their staffing needs, issues, and offer ideas, solutions, training and tools in pursuit of achieving hiring goals.
  • Evaluate recruitment program effectiveness, to include team performance metrics, applicant tracking, data integrity, pipeline health, and meeting agreed upon SLAs.
  • Manage third-party recruitment protocol; oversee and evaluate vendor effectiveness and budgeting.
  • Conduct competitive compensation analysis in collaboration with People Ops team members. Compile, analyze and present data and metrics to support business decisions and influence change.
  • Build, coach and develop a cohesive talent team providing a clear vision of success and improved service and support to the organization on talent acquisition related matters.
  • Manage requisition load, as needed. Partner with VP of People on senior level talent searches.
  • Develop talent branding that effectively portrays the unique culture of Flyhomes. Develop employer branding presence via social media and other innovative engagement tactics to elicit on-going interest.
  • Maintain current knowledge on employment laws and regulations which impact recruitment, to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

What You’ll Bring

  • Seven or more years’ corporate experience sourcing and recruiting talent globally for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience managing high volume recruitment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with recruiting technology and social media applications, such as LinkedIn, Boolean, job boards, applicant tracking systems, etc. Familiarity with Greenhouse a plus.
  • Experience working with corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing technical and non-technical recruiting strategies that yield hiring results; utilizing external resources effectively.
  • Experience coaching, managing and developing talent acquisition professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
