Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives at a leading, high-growth, SaaS company? 
As ADR Manager, you will oversee the generation of leads and opportunities. You will coach and mentor your team of Account Development Representatives to exceed goals and work towards becoming Account Executives. You'll define and implement processes to improve the effectiveness of the team. You’ll think creatively about getting the job done, analyze data and results, and build seamless processes.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Coach our Account Development Representatives to become highly effective Account Executives
  • Continuously track metrics and improve the efficiency of the ADRs
  • Constantly test new and innovative ways to capture and convert prospective customers
  • Partner with the People team to onboard and train new Account Development Representatives.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Leadership to prioritize target accounts and customize outreach
  • Utilize sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Linkedin Navigator
  • Be a product expert on LeanData’s offering and our marketplace
Qualifications (you must have):
  • At least 1-year of experience leading and Account or Sales Development team 
  • At least 3-years of experience in Account or Sales Development
  • Proven history of achieving challenging Sales goals
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Salesforce experience
  • Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
