About the Role

As we continue to rapidly scale our revenue and sales organization, is seeking a passionate and creative Workflow Expert to provide technical expertise to our growing sales team. As the go-to expert on our product, you will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs and present solutions. Playing a vital role in our sales cycle, you will work with sellers to build sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and educate customers (everyone from developers to creative directors to C-level executives) on how can optimize their video workflows. You will combine technical knowledge, a deep understanding and passion for video creation, and the ability to present persuasively with a love for helping customers solve problems.


Deep experience in video creation and post-production workflows. You love diving into the nerdy details.

Experience explaining technical solutions to creative and technical professionals within the media technology space

Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and helping partners and customers build custom applications using them.

Great presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms

Strategic thinking and strong decision making abilities


Support the sales team by helping customers understand what they can achieve by using

Be a post-production workflow and technical subject-matter expert on our product and for our customers

Create and deliver customer-specific product demonstrations to help drive deals to close

Build lasting relationships and provide consistent updates to existing customers on our features, enabling upsells

Provide clear and insightful feedback from prospect conversations to our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
