We are looking for a rock star Project Manager with a track record for delivering large projects and implementations on time. You are highly organized and have a background in SaaS and B2B environments, demonstrated success in project management, and an ability to influence solution delivery with a consultative approach. You are comfortable with technical environments, work well with ambiguity, and are able to develop deep understanding of product capabilities to manage timelines, resources, and risks.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful products to market
  • Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation
  • Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product shipment
  • Manage overall release process
  • Own and drive internal release management product
  • Own bug management and triage process
  • Develop a strong understanding of LeanData products and customer use cases
  • Partner with and motivate cross-functional teams to take action and drive projects to completion; exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and general stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility to professional services and custom development work to keep core product impact at a minimum
  • Proven project management experience working with cross-functional teams
  • 3 - 5 years of enterprise SaaS project management work experience
  • Familiarity with and ability to manage Jira
  • CRM, workflow, and business process design experience with a strong technical background
  • Self-motivated learner who enjoys working with new tools and learning new systems
  • Ability to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams
  • Solution oriented with ability to drive toward actionable results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver
  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
