Integration Manager at TigerConnect

As an Integration Manager, your mission is to build and configure integrations connecting a wide range of healthcare technology systems to TigerConnect, helping our over 6,000 healthcare clients unlock greater value from the TigerConnect platform and dramatically improve communication workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of a major company initiative to drive connected care via more advanced clinical systems integrations, and work across a variety of teams – solution design, professional services, client care, product, and engineering – on integration scoping, development, configuration, and support. You will bring a broad range of experience working with integration protocols such as API, WCTP, SMTP and others. Additionally, you’ll have experience designing, tailoring and developing software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework.

What You'll Own:

  • Working closely with implementation project managers / directors, configure TigerConnect integrations with third party clinical and non-clinical systems – e.g. scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, paging systems, answering services, and others
  • Build custom integration services within established guidelines primarily leveraging .NET framework 
  • Partner with solution design team to assist in scoping and validating feasibility of integration projects in a pre-sale environment
  • As needed – assist Integration Consultants configuring existing productized integrations using established TigerConnect methodologies and processes
  • Assist clients in integration testing in demo, UAT, and production environments and troubleshoot issues on the spot
  • Serve as a developer evangelist to clients as they leverage TigerConnect’s API to build various integration services
  • Provide consistent communication of the status of the integration effort to internal and external clients
  • Act as the client’s technical advocate, managing issues that may arise


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 4+ years experience in a healthcare IT environment
  • Design and development experience in .NET
  • Deep experience in data services and API integration with clinical EMR/EHR systems
  • Strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of clinical applications (EHRs, LIS, RIS, etc.) 
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Superior organizational skills – demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining clear attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills – proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models
  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, Interface Engine, or nurse call SIP experience a plus
