Senior Field Marketing Manager at Highspot

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced field marketing manager to manage US field marketing activities at Highspot. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation and will play a critical role in helping Highspot acquire and retain customers in the US. Our ideal candidate has experience with account-based marketing and managing field events. 

 
What You'll Do
  • Partner with AD/sales, demand gen, and enablement to develop strategies to acquire new customers. 
  • Support execution of integrated global marketing campaigns in the US.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between enablement and marketing; work closely with enablement to develop sales plays, email templates, and educate sales on planned marketing activities. 
  • Develop US field marketing plan that ensures US hits regional marketing goals. 
  • Work with Director of Demand Generation to develop regional forecast and channel projections to ensure marketing delivers on US demand gen goals. 
  • Develop US direct mail strategy and process; support account development with evergreen direct mail needs, vendor and inventory management, and directly manage all US direct mail marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as marketing’s on-site representative for US events. 
  • Support our partner marketing strategy by developing local workshops and VIP prospect dinners in conjunction with our partners. 
  • Support the field pre and post-sale with marketing collateral and needed materials for meetings and SKO events. 
  • Partner with Account Development and Sales to develop US account targets. 
  • Contribute to Highspot’s account-based marketing strategy. 
  • Monitor lead progression through the funnel and partner with sales and account management to ensure all leads receive proper follow-up. 
  • Provide feedback for global demand gen campaigns; optimize campaigns to ensure goal attainment. 
  • Conceptualize and execute US field marketing campaigns. 

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum 5 years’ field marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS or technology company
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working directly with sales to develop demand generation campaigns and plans 
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience required
  • Top-notch analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
