IT Lead at Second Measure

We’re looking for an IT Lead to join our People Operations tea— a multi-disciplinary group focused on employee experience and the technology that supports it. We’ll look to you to evaluatand implement new technology while managing and upgrading existing IT systems to help Second Measure grow and scale, with an eye towards customer service.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Own the vision, architecture, implementation, and upkeep of Second Measure’s IT infrastructure 
  • Provide personalized support to both local and remote employees.
  • Lead Second Measure’s efforts at “leveling up” IT (e.g., automating onboarding and offboarding of employees, software and account management automation)
  • Proactively educate and mentor team members for any and all technologies that the company supports
  • Resolve complex issues and then apply that knowledge to improve and create support procedures and documentation
  • Help employees and other functional teams solve problems and move projects forward using your expertise
About you:
  • You have owned the IT function or lead an IT team (preferably in a startup environment) and have lead large cross-functional IT projects, delivering results on time and within guidelines.
  • You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; you are a self-starter who can initiate ideas and take ownership of work.
  • You have experience with hosted productivity and communications applications, including Slack, gSuite, Dropbox, Office 365, Zoom, and other commonly-used SaaS systems. You’re able to train and support employees on their use
  • You have experience with troubleshooting network issues in a corporate network environment.
  • You’re familiar with and/or interested in learning Meraki (Network equipment and Systems Manager MDM), AWS, Okta, and DevOps (Munki, Puppet, and other automation platforms).
  • You are able to lift 50 lbs.
