Technical Account Manager at LiveIntent

About the Job:

LiveIntent is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will provide the sales team with high-level technical assistance to customers through all steps of the sales process (from prospecting to live to ongoing support). Internally, the TAM will also act as an avenue between Product and Sales; responsible for cross-department communication for new products and requests. Externally, the TAM will be able to explain how the LiveIntent technology and product suite can be employed to solve business problems, and effectively pivot around potential roadblocks. Our ideal candidate is a highly effective communicator and is able to understand the needs and goals of potential future clients, and use that feedback to introduce new potential products and services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate (both verbal and written) with clients and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules
  • Document technical requirements, schedules and client interactions
  • Assess technical feasibility stemming from sales/client requests and translate that feedback to Product
  • Respond to technical concerns and problems, ensuring smooth implementation and launch
  • Manage client expectations and lead them to satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales team to achieve upsell initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a client facing role, background in advertising technology preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of Product/Project Management fundamentals
  • Knowledge of the Google Suite platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail) or comparable Microsoft Office suite 
  • Proficiency in command-line tools such as SQL or Athena and intermediate understanding of web site architecture and strategies (i.e. HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
