Director of Partner Marketing at Highspot

About the Role:

As the Director of Partner Marketing,  you will play a strategically important role in achieving Highspot’s growth goals. You will be responsible for generating new business with partners around the world. This includes the creation and execution of joint marketing plans, the development and execution of new partner demand programs, and to and through partner demand generation. The role is based in Seattle, and will require travel across North America and international regions including EMEA and APAC, as needed. The position reports to the Vice President of Global Alliances.
 
What You’ll Do:

    Develop the demand creation strategy for Highspot’s global partner ecosystem
    Develop & implement strategic co-marketing plans that support and enable lead generation, referrals, and influenced deal flow
    Work closely with BD & Alliances, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales to align on partner campaign strategy and execution
    Establish deep understanding & be the subject matter expert on Partner needs and what’s needed to win together
    Own to and through partner communications strategy, programs and content calendar to recruit, retain, and drive active preference of Highspot within the partner community
    Creat the Partner Events & Sponsorship plan to drive a regional events strategy that encompasses both partner-led events, joint events and sponsored Highspot events
    Continually analyze and track partner program success and implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against partner investments

 
Your Background:

The successful candidate knows how to create demand plans that raise awareness, build momentum with partners, and generate sales results. Specific qualifications include:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required (MBA preferred)
    Must have 3-5  years partner and/or channel marketing experience
    Experience implementing, innovative and creative co-marketing programs that generate new opportunities and accelerate existing opportunities
    Excellent collaboration skills working cross-functionally with sales organization, marketing, operations and peers within the partner and alliance teams
    Strong decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities and ability to see the big picture and alignment to sales and marketing opportunities
    Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
    Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs and ROI
