Meet your Future Neighbors

The Growth Team is data-driven and results-focused.  We are a lean but powerful team, each of us playing to our strengths and identifying the best way to maximize impact. Nextdoor is on a mission to take online connections and turn them into real-life connections.  And as the EMEA Growth Team, we’re on a mission to foster strong and healthy communities across Europe.

The Impact You’ll Make

With our main focus being to continuously increase our active user base, the Growth Team works with our local market experts and colleagues at HQ to develop the most effective engagement and product launch strategies.  You will strategise and coordinate the rollout of our lifecycle and product launch campaigns. Following launches, you will also lead product adoption initiatives, accompanying some of our new strategic projects from ideation to complete roll-out.

To succeed in this role, you will need a good understanding of lifecycle CRM and product marketing. You are all about impact and thrive in a multi-stakeholder environment, while also being able to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically. You should be excited to bring your experience and expertise every day in order to:

  • Identify opportunities to increase our existing user base engagement, and partner with our local experts and our CRM implementation team to execute on projects.
  • Experiment across the whole retention funnel (activation, engagement, resurrection and referral) constantly looking for maximum impact on WAU (weekly active users) across all our European markets.
  • Develop and implement the product marketing strategy of our new features with support from HQ to maximize long term adoption.
  • Lead the CRM side of new features roll-out and campaigns across Europe.
  • Define and analyse the metrics that will measure success with the support of our in-house Data team.
  • Collaborate with HQ based Product Managers and engineers to automate successful initiatives. EMEA is a place to experiment and learn quickly before we roll-out globally.
  • Collaborate with our HQ based CRM experts and UX designers to build the best converting email templates.
  • Assist on retention initiatives for our non-core members (public services, small businesses and other partners).
