The Impact You’ll Make

With our main focus being continuously increasing our active user base, the Growth team works with our third-party partners and our local market experts to develop the most innovative and effective B2B and B2C acquisition strategies.  You will strategise and manage our campaigns, both offline and online across all our countries. Whilst running our core channels within targets and budgets, you will also explore new paid and organic acquisition opportunities. 

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional proficiency in digital advertising, forecasting and UA analytics. You will be all about impact and love experimenting at a high pace, while also being able to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically.  You should be excited to bring your experience and expertise every day in order to:

  • Develop our user acquisition (B2C + B2B) strategy, finding the right channel mix to acquire the best possible users in the right locations and hit our targets in each market.
  • Manage our digital channels. You will run and optimize our core campaigns, constantly looking for solutions across all levers to decrease our CPA.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners, supporting our offline marketing efforts. By leveraging our analytics and learnings from online channels you will guide them to increase the quality of our traffic.
  • Explore and on-board new ad partners to ensure further UA growth.
  • Explore initiatives to increase organic traffic in collaboration with our Product Managers, our PR specialists and our country experts.
  • Define metrics that will help measure success with the support of our data team.
  • Analyse and report performance of all UA activities to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with our Product Managers in San Francisco to implement CPA enhancing features.

What You’ll Bring to The House

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital campaigns (Facebook, UAC, etc) at scale, ideally in a consumer internet company.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving projects with minimal guidance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to make data-based decisions around acquisition metrics.
  • Strong customer experience intuition and curiosity for user psychology.
  • Experience of presenting and communicating to, networking and management of, multiple stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau), or better SQL.
  • Strong understanding of social network dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of other languages (French or Spanish ideally).
