The Impact You’ll Make

As the Head of Product Marketing, Member Experience you will lead a critical part of our member-focused product marketing efforts. As Nextdoor grows and evolves to continually serve our members, you will lead our positioning and Go To Market for these new products. You will work cross-functionally with product, comms, and other marketing teams and will help influence the product roadmap.  

You should be thoughtful, resourceful, strategic and also willing to roll up your sleeves.  We strive to give every employee and candidate a genuine, transparent and neighborly experience.  

You will be an important hub of our touchpoint to our members around the world. You should be excited to bring your experience and expertise every day in order to:  

  • Lead the positioning and GTM of our core member-facing products
  • Partner with product to help drive customer insights into the product roadmap
  • Ensure our products are understood, valued and differentiated in the marketplace
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and understood Nextdoor’s positioning and differentiation in the market
  • Maintain an ongoing timeline to manage expectations across the org on launch dates and features

What You’ll Bring to The House

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a product marketing capacity,
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to deliver succinct, impactful messaging 
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Passion for building community 
  • Unquestioned integrity, impeccable judgment and the ability to think critically. 
  • A collaborative, thoughtful, strategic and operational/tactical leader, who is comfortable with open communication and giving/receiving constructive feedback respectfully.
