Overview

Come be a part of a team of designers passionate about creating beautiful and inspiring design experiences for a multi-platform home fitness product. As a Growth Marketing Designer at Tonal, you will be a part of the larger design team working on creative solutions for Tonal’s marketing efforts. Your work will tell our story and help refine the Tonal brand across the digital and physical world. 

Your role will be to partner closely with our growth marketers, engineers, and product managers to thoughtfully design and execute a variety of digital experiences that help convert prospects to customers. You’ll be part of an important stage of our customer experience and be involved in the beginning of our members’ journey - from education, conversion, and onboarding.

What You’ll Do

Conceptualize and build beautiful brand experiences that push the Tonal brand identity into the future across digital, social, and other content development

Create multiple design prototypes for testing and maximize performance

Be data-driven when it comes to design. Convert quantitative and qualitative data into design deliverables, including optimized landing pages and user funnels

Create assets for all digital mediums from comps to campaigns, motion storyboards, prototypes and A/B tests

Edit video, adding text, title, and end cards, for various online platforms

Work collaboratively with internal and external designers, illustrators, motion designers, project leads, front-end engineers, photographers, and vendors

Balance a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion

Collaborate with the Marketing team to present compelling, immersive stories

Who You Are

3-5 years of design experience at a top branding agency, advertising agency, or in-house with a leading consumer brand

A highly polished visual portfolio of design work that spans design disciplines

Up-to-date with all current design technologies and web standards (including the ability to work in Sketch and Figma)

Experience working on responsive web design and collaborating with front end engineers

Experience designing for mobile, responsive design, video editing, and light animation

Ability to balance business goals, timelines, and creative process 

Skilled in presentation, receptive to feedback, and confidently communicates ideas effectively across all levels of the organization

Understanding of growth channels, targeting and iterative creative testing

Must be a self-motivated and positive person that collaborates well with others

Have a growth mindset; continue to iterate on ideas and know that our work is never done
