Senior Digital Marketing Manager at SendBird

SendBird is looking for a creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing digital marketing programs including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns. You will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage all online channels including search (paid and organic), paid social, display, and our SendBird website to drive qualified opportunities.

Lead experience testing and optimization throughout the buyer's journey with attention to ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, and A/B testing.

Set and manage budget across digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve digital attribution goals

Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams on content strategy, planning, execution and measurement of multi-channel programs: Paid Social, CPL Programs, Display, Web, Retargeting

Collaborate with campaign managers to target accounts and contacts list for each program

Work with Marketing Operations on nurture programs for digital leads

Responsible for new vendors evaluation, business requirements, partnering with Demand Gen Director and Marketing Operations on system integrations and program operationalization i.e. ad platforms, intent vendors

Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretations to optimize online programs and test new tactics

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

4+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B/or SaaS industries

Successful history in developing and executing multi-channel digital programs: LinkedIn, CPL, Intent, Retargeting, Web Personalization

Proven ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Highly analytical, able to optimize programs through A/B testing and tools

Understanding of marketing and sales funnels and associated marketing practices. 

Experience executing paid and unpaid social media campaigns

Experience in Marketo and Salesforce a plus

Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient and productive
