About the Role

The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for the all-up strategy and successful execution of the Highspot global demand generation work.  You and your team will deliver strategic, integrated marketing programs that drive awareness and demand, grow sales pipeline, and accelerate the sales cycle. You will continuously develop the team, evolve services and capabilities to match business needs, and develop and manage the execution of programs and campaigns in alignment with the company goals.  This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and is based in Seattle WA.
 
What You'll Do

    Build best-in-class partnership with Sales and Account Development organizations, working together across inbound and outbound campaigns to maximize pipeline creation and revenue generation
    Own key objectives across lead generation, pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and ROI metrics for the company.  Continuously test, measure, learn and innovate to fuel scale and growth.
    Help to re-imagine the customer journey on highspot.com leveraging world class creative, and innovation of our web stack with personalization, A/B testing, and more.
    Drive urgency and engagement across the ICP,  which will include nurture programs, content campaigns, and innovative engagement
    Help drive global brand awareness and build key databases globally
    Build out the Highspot field marketing engine to support sales teams
    Manage projects, schedules, workflows, deadlines and costs associated with demand generation marketing activities to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.

Your Background

    10+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth in B2B organizations. SaaS experience a strong plus
    Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment
    Track record in building rock-solid partnerships with Sales and GTM teams
    Strategic marketer who is innovative, passionate, fun, and creative
    Superb leadership skills with a track record for motivating and coaching a high performing team.
    Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
