Position Summary:

Stance is seeking a Go To Market Analyst to help plan and track execution of our Go To Market (GTM) process. This role is designed for an organized individual who has planning or program management acumen and desires the challenge of being able to get the best product into the market on time. This position will allow you to work cross functionally with our operations, creative, merchandising, product, marketing, ecommerce, retail and sales teams as you support them in their GTM tasks.

This position reports directly to the Go To Market Manager.

As the Go To Market Analyst, you will:

• Manage timelines of global product commercialization and execution along our go to market roadmap

• Publish calendars and support cross functional partners on task execution, identifying risks and developing corrective actions

• Oversee and update all GTM calendars in collaboration with GTM manager

• Develop and update our GTM workflow daily to ensure system accuracy

• Take notes at all GTM meetings to support proper follow up and execution

• Attend GTM related meetings in support of GTM manager

• Develop milestone performance tracking system, metrics and review process to ensure critical risks are identified in the go to market process

• Collaborate to ensure cross-functional accountability

Experience and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in Go To Market, Product or Marketing field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Ability to work within a fast paced and high demand environment.

• Experience working in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

• Must be creative, organized, and efficient with a positive attitude

• Must be able to communicate and work well with other people

• Be willing to take direction and make revisions as necessary

• Adapt to constantly changing daily tasks while keeping the foresight to

complete long-term objectives.

• Exceptional work ethic

• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Google Drive Applications, Asana, Box and Apple Keynote.
