The Impact You’ll Make

We are looking for an Account Manager to help our strategic advertising partners manage and grow their advertising campaigns on Nextdoor.  You’ll work closely with clients and agencies to develop and execute advertising buys on the platform, while also partnering with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on campaigns and identifying opportunities to implement solutions to improve the efficacy of our team and product.   • Build and manage strong relationships with advertising and agency partners
  • Provide excellent customer service to Nextdoor advertising partners by developing effective campaigns and recommending best practices
  • Execute, optimize and analyze advertising campaigns on Nextdoor using internal tools and dashboards
  • Manage all aspects of the campaign, from the initial contract to final billing needs while proactively monitoring and solving campaign-related issues in a timely manner
  • Develop strong product and technical expertise with the ability to educate partners on the Nextdoor platform
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal product teams as well as identify and implement internal process improvement that will help scale our business

What You’ll Bring to The House

  • 5-7 years experience in account management or other client-facing media role
  • Experience with analyzing data to deliver actionable insights
  • Experience developing and executing media/marketing/social campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
