Requirements

Experience in game development, including designing, developing, and shipping live service games

Experience with gameplay mechanics and systems for freemium/F2P games, including microtransaction and social features

Ability to work effectively by yourself or rapidly iterate across all disciplines

Understand, in detail, best practices for gameplay systems based on design trends

An organized and detail-oriented approach to design and authoring

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
