As our Renewals Specialist you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience at the time of renewal - working in collaboration with our Customer Success organization. You’ll be responsible for the forecasting, management and execution of renewals to ensuring all LeanData customers are set up for success.

You’ll establish and manage quarterly renewals objectives and lead the team through preparation, negotiation and management of subscription renewal quotes and contracts. The objective is to preserve and improve the relationship, setting them up for long-term success while maximizing financial results for LeanData. 

What you'll be doing:

Drive and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success and account management teams to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships

Preserve the value of the LeanData products by positioning favorable terms and boosting incremental revenue by taking a data-driven approach to identifying expansion and upsell

Identify at-risk customers and develop prescriptive strategies that would mitigate against potential churn

Actively engage with key decision makers to remove roadblocks and execute win/win negotiations strategies that align to customer requirements

Accurately maintain a rolling 120 day forecast of renewals

Execute straight-forward renewals

Examine renewal contracts to ensure they align to the company standards

Follow and adhere to best practices for internal processes including opportunity management, data quality and accuracy, quotations and forecasting

Recommend and assist with improving systems and processes to drive continued evolution and scalability of the renewals process

Maximize retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

2-3 years of Customer Success / Renewals experience primarily within a SaaS organization

Experience partnering with Customer Success and Sales leaders to achieve renewal and upsell goals

Discovery, negotiation and closing skills

Consistent track record of achieving individual goals and achieving team retention targets

Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment with a strategic and problem-solving mindset

Sales Operations deal desk experience is a plus
