We are looking for a Staff Accountant to be responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivables process. As a member of our entrepreneurial team, we are looking for a collaborative, hands-on individual who is a team player with strong communication skills and is highly organized and detail-oriented.


Prepare AP/AR journal entries and assist in managing month-end closing and financial report

Own Accounts Payable system and support quarterly VAT (Tax invoices) filing process 

Review employee expense claim report

Manage company credit card and reconciliation

Perform full cycle Accounts Receivable, manage billing system, revenue recognition

Work closely with Sales team ensuring accurate monthly billing and responsible for interacting with customers regarding collection activity

Coordinate with accounting management in reviewing expenses against budget

Collaborate and communicate with foreign subsidiary accountant on ad hoc projects

Perform team projects and ad-hoc tasks in accounting/finance as requested

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experiences 

4-6 years in accounting of multi-national companies, start-up experience is a plus 

Written and verbal conversation skill in English&Korean 

Strong knowledge of Excel, Accounting software systems (Duzone iCube, NetSuite, Concur etc.) 

Good knowledge of taxes including VAT, WH and corporate tax 

Understanding of US GAAP and K-GAAP regulations and financial operation process
