Marketing Manager (APAC) at SendBird

Sendbird is looking for our first APAC marketer to plan and execute our regional marketing strategy in the APAC region. This role will work closely with the APAC sales team, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams to strategize, create, execute, and report on programs that drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate pipeline for the APAC region.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will join a dynamic and empowering marketing team that operates with an urgency, a data driven mindset, attention to detail, an eye for quality, and a commitment to creating and influencing a quality pipeline for sales. 


Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy

Strategize, build and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs (webinars, emails, local events, direct mail, PPC advertising and other channels as you see fit) to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships

Manage ongoing campaign optimizations; including ad, landing page testing, copywriting, SDR enablement and, execution and analysis of A/B tests

Work cross-functionally with creative, operations, content, and sales to execute on programmatic APAC campaigns (including translation and localization)

Analyze program performance and demonstrate the impact those programs have on generating prospect meetings and sales pipeline for the APAC region

Develop relationships with local APAC vendors, partners, press and customers

Support various other marketing projects as needed

Demonstrable experience of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience in APAC, including inbound and demand generation marketing.  Unique experience in any/many of our primary regions within APAC – South Korea, Indonesia and India - a plus

Experience building an APAC marketing program from the ground up

Experience using, marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and other global Martech systems

Ability to work well independently and within a group setting

High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion

Data-driven, well-rounded marketing, that is self-motivated and driven

Eligible to work either Korea or Singapore
