What you’ll do

Oversee day-to-day engagement with our biopharma partners to deliver high quality work that exceeds customer expectations.

Manage customer timelines and deliverables, study protocols, and resolve all customer requests and issues.

Problem solve and collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve existing product offerings and partnership strategy.

Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across customers to scale up RDMD’s customer delivery function.

Be a subject matter expert on RDMD’s platform and represent our capabilities to advance the research priorities of our biopharma partners.

Ensure smooth customer transition from sales team and continuously educate sales team on contracting strategy.

Who you are

Self starter, excellent problem solver, highly results oriented.

4+ years of experience in life sciences customer facing roles in companies such as life sciences-oriented consulting firms, healthcare focused analytics firms, and healthcare technology companies.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams, balancing needs and priorities from both groups.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously.
