About the Role 

Over the past two years, has opened its API, putting the potential of a fully-connected universe in the hands of our largest customers while building an ecosystem of strategic partners. As continues to transform the landscape of professional video creation, our technical platform continues to be a launchpad for a new generation of media technology.

We’re currently looking to add someone to our Developer Relations team who can help scale our systems, processes, and strategies while driving the technical success of customers, large and small.

If you're successful, you will inspire and equip developers to build the next generation of amazing video applications, and in the process, transform into a critical component of a deeply connected ecosystem.


You have previous experience in a customer engineering or agency role

You’re a crack technical troubleshooter

You have solid Python or JS chops, and an obsession with great application architecture

You win when others succeed

Not only are you a great client-facing engineer -- you love it

You’re always looking for points of leverage, repeatability, and scale.


Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand technical customer needs

Build and maintain customer-enabling tools

Own’s developer-facing content (docs, guides, developer forum)

Own and execute the overall strategy that turns a single technical solution into a key piece of our Developer Relations story

Serve as a key point of technical escalation and triage for Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Developer Relations
