About the Team

Doctor On Demand’s product team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior product manager with a passion for disrupting our current healthcare system. We’re solving big problems through the intersection of design and technology -- problems that give you autonomy to build meaningful solutions across the product. 

Your responsibilities:

  • You’ll work with employers and health plans to ensure our product is enabling the right patient experience and healthcare’s innovation. 

  • You’ll work closely with engineers on creating the right product design in a range of projects from patient UX experience improvements to highly technical integrations. 

  • You’ll support the go-to-market team, educate our enterprise customers about our offerings and solutioning future iterations of our platform. Finding a balance between quality, customization, and scalability will be an important skill to showcase. 

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap balancing feature requests, service expansion, and feedback.

  • Create integration guides for third party developers.

  • Evaluate competitors to look at emerging trends, technical options, and best practices .

  • Create user stories and requirements for both internal and external engineers.

  • Work with analytics on integrating data, measurements, and reporting into the platform.

  • Inspire and empower our internal teams to build capabilities with our platform with external developers in mind.


  • 6+ years of experience leading a product life cycle and working with engineering. Healthcare experience is preferred. 

  • Experience designing new product solutions while leveraging the existing platform. 

  • Ability to represent the company in external client calls. Previous experience with health plans and/or employers is preferred. 

  • Experience writing and contributing to technical integration guides for partners 

  • Proven track record of translating business problems into testable hypotheses

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create a comprehensive and achievable strategy to tackle a given problem.

  • Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done.
