Warehouse Area Manager at Literati

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse/Fulfillment Area Manager with strong leadership skills and command presence. You will be leading a growing team and coaching them through numerous process improvements and retooling as we continue to grow our warehouse operations at a record pace. 

What You'll Do....

Lead daily stand-ups

Manage the performance of team members and team leads

Prepare daily/weekly staffing plan to align with the growth of our businessBuild a training and development playbook

Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs

Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members

What You'll Need....

Solid grasp of flow planning

Experience scaling teams and processes

Philosophy of Extreme Ownership

Flexible schedule (Weekends/Different Shifts)

Must be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation....

Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours

Walk-in/and around the warehouse with great frequency.

Access all areas of a building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation)

Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head

Lift and move items up to 49 pounds
