A Vibe Associate is the primary point of contact for the Canva Community and acts as the “face”of Canva.

Job Description

Goals and Objectives

●Ensure we are on the way of being “The great place to Work” by providing employees with a fancy, comfortable and interesting working environment

●Illustrate Canva ’s core values and strive to achieve our goals

●Support the Vibe team to achieve the following:

●Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events and building relationships between staffs 

●Ensure that the workplace is fully operational and processes area running smoothly

●Drive growth and promotion of Canva-provided service offerings

●Take direction from the Vibe Lead to support the Vibe team as necessary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Guest services

●Be the first and last point of contact for the workplace

●Cover the front desk during business hours

●Greet and check-in visitors

Event and Community Management

●Making posters and/or decorations for events

●Events calendar management

●Event AV

●Canvaversaries

●Holiday Celebrations

●Birthdays

●Goal Celebrations

●Assist with set-up breakdown of internal & external events,including ordering food and beverages

Office Operation and Management

●Assist with newbie on-boarding,distribute welcome packets and Seating Arrangement

●Ordering lunch and dinner

●Assist with workplace operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of staff experience

●Dashboard/reception screen

●Office Signage

●Manage keycard activations 

●Ensuring the building is clean and well kept 

●Ordering consumables

●Storage inventory record and management

●Stationery and Printer Stations management

●Submit buidling receipts to the Vibe Lead for expense reports

●Meeting room, space scheduling

●Mail and Package responsibilities and needed

Experience and Requirements

●College graduate 

●Customer service experience a plus

●Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

●Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

●Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

●Passion for entrepreneurial communities

●Passion and understanding for Canva’s Goals and values

●Proficient in basic computer skills.
