The Team

The core focus of our team is to prove out the power of Canva within recognisable Global Brands and Enterprise customers.  Business owners are looking to move away from outdated systems and time-consuming design processes, and we aim to serve by empowering them with the ability to build better products and stories.

Role Mission

The mission of the Sales Development Representative is to increase lead generation for our Canva Enterprise business and manage end to end sales for some of new inbound prospects. This person will also help Canva develop the company’s Enterprise sales and success approach and be eager to progress in a fast growing organisation.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Growth: focus on Increasing volume and quality of leads passed to Account Executives to fuel the growth and awareness of the Canva for Enterprise product

Create an amazing first impression to our prospects and customers in line with Canva values

Create, prioritise and target a list of key strategic accounts within a defined territory

Conduct first contact calls with senior executives within prospect and qualify accounts

Partner with our experienced Account Executives to build a highly engaged pipeline of opportunities and maximise close rates

Customer enthusiasm: extend Canva’s tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams and generate highly qualified, highly engaged leads for our new business teams

Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency: create, educate, experiment, and collaborate with senior leadership on building team practices and playbooks for operating as a top SaaS business

What we're looking for

Success: proven track record of operating in a highly metrics driven environment with focus on activity and conversion rates. 1+ years of SD experience in B2B SaaS

Communication skills: ability to communicate concisely and passionately

Creativity: willingness to learn and adapt, as well as dream big
