Tally built the first fully automated debt manager to help people overcome credit card debt. We approach each product initiative by first deeply understanding user pain points and then rapidly prototyping and iterating to bring innovative and delightful products to life. As part of the product team, you’ll be directly responsible for articulating an inspiring vision and the end-to-end success of new products that help people be less stressed and better off financially. You’ll be working alongside Tally’s co-founders and will have a direct impact on advancing the company closer to our vision of full-service financial automation.

Role Impact

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to build and bring to market a suite of new products/features that’ll enable millions of American to overcome their credit card debt.

  • Interview users to uncover deep insights and then leverage those to formulate and prioritize user problems
  • Develop and articulate a compelling vision and set strategic direction. Craft and evangelize a product roadmap that balances short-term and long-term goals
  • Create clear and concise documents that outline the ‘why’, competitive analysis, user stories, and designs
  • Collaborate with functional leaders across design, research, engineering, compliance, growth, marketing, credit operations, and user success to develop and ship experiences that delight users and drive business impact
  • Define success metrics, analyze the impact of product features and A/B tests, and proactively communicate to key stakeholders
  • Participate in sprint planning, define and prioritize features, and groom the backlog
  • Coach and mentor PM team members
