Account Manager at Numina

Our mission: Make cities more responsive, so they are safer, healthier, and more equitable for the people who live in them.

Numina makes a hardware and software platform that uses computer vision to help urban planners and municipal governments design better (safer) streets and public places. We sense bicycle, pedestrian, and other street traffic, and convert this data into real-time intelligence — without surveillance — to enable all sorts of partners in automation, autonomy, and development in the public right-of-way. We are looking for passionate people who would like to join us as we pursue our shared vision of more responsive cities.

As Account Manager, you will find, attract, and retain meaningful customer relationships across the urban planning, mobility, and/or real estate landscape. In addition to supporting customers at every stage of their experience with Numina, you will work closely with our CEO, data scientists, and partners to expand Numina’s reach as an industry leader in street-level intelligence and data privacy.

Identify prospects through strategic lead generation, public procurement processes, partnerships, and market research.

Take prospects through the entire sales process, from discovery and demos through proposals and closing.

Onboard customers, and manage communications and expectations between them and our Product team. Track project metrics, and ensure delivery of key outcomes.

Seek out various collaborative opportunities with customers and other strategic partners, and make them happen (e.g. blog posts, press coverage, grants, awards, hackathons, etc.).

Collaborate as part of the Numina team to identify high-value improvements and new features for Numina products to deliver maximum value to customers.
