Who we're looking for:

Product management at Zwift is a cross-functional, hands-on role.  The ideal candidate will drive and refine the product vision for our game subscription teams.  This role will manage a team of product managers, own the product development life cycle with an emphasis on using qualitative and quantitative data to understand our users and measure success of our new products and feature improvements. You will develop key relationships with engineering, design, marketing and external partners. 

We’re looking for an inquisitive and strategic director of product management who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute. You communicate clearly and can articulate the vision to technical and non-technical groups alike.  If this is you, come join our team!

What you'll do:

    Drive product strategy with an eye on how to operationalize new product and features
    A leader as well as a team player, willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successful
    Experience leading teams through change
    Partner across all cross functional teams and disciplines to define the strategy and create alignment across the entire portfolio
    Comfortable defining and building process, only to break it down and evolve them as the business needs evolve
    Partner across all disciplines to define the strategy and create alignment across the entire portfolio
    Serve internal customers by providing reporting solutions and visibility into the roadmap
    Partner with internal teams to iterate the product and features based on customer feedback
    Build key partnerships with engineering, UX design, research and analytics and third party partners
    Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision making and measure success
    Collaborate with other members of the product management team to continually improve internal processes and overall operations of the team

What we're looking for:

    10+ years experience in product management, design, business, technology or related discipline and a Bachelor's or advanced degree
    Applied expertise in agile and lean development process across multiple teams
    Proven experience managing a product’s full lifecycle from ideation, research and design to launch, incorporating feedback from users, stakeholders, experiments and analytics to inform future iterations
    Ability to break down work into meaningful chunks, work with stakeholders to prioritize these items, and iteratively deliver feature enhancements
    Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team
    Deep understanding of A/B testing design methodologies and experience with execution and analysis of results.
    Self-motivation to deliver results and seek continuous improvement.
    High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously
    Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win
