Mid-Market Sales Executive at TigerConnect

The Mid-Market Sales Executive will foster existing and new relationships by bringing TigerConnect's best ideas, innovations, and capabilities to their portfolio of customers and matching these to the customer's business goals.  Your ability to successfully network an account from the C-Level down will play a key role in achieving successful execution of the customer’s goals.  You will serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practice and the evolution of the TigerConnect product essential to the customer's success.

What You'll Own:​

Partner with a dedicated Director of Enterprise Sales to develop and manage opportunities through the sales cycle to achieve your own quota as well as help Director achieve theirs.

Strategize with the Director of Enterprise Sales to develop business development plans for all assigned accounts

Strategize and grow mid-market opportunities in your region including new and existing prospects.

Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn to generate meetings and build pipeline

Conduct value-added research on assigned accounts; infiltrate targeted organizations through various avenues, analyze data and format the overview of the organization in digestible presentation

Identify collateral and talking points that will best resonate with specific accounts and contacts

Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the TigerConnect product suite and know how to position to prospects

Present and explain information in a clear, digestible format to prospects

Work with stakeholders to prospect and recruit key C-level prospects

Collect critical prospect details, maintain opportunity records and document all information accurately in our CRM System.

What You've Accomplished:

BA/BS degree (or equivalent)

3+ years of sales experience - SaaS and healthcare experience highly preferred

History of exceeding quota/goals

Wireless mobility experience is a plus

Experience with Salesforce.com and sales forecasting

What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent listening skills and ability to uncover pain points / identify opportunities

Relationships with C-Suite at top 500 Healthcare Systems preferred

Experience dealing with large, complex accounts at the most senior IT and business levels

Ability to prospect and build a funnel

Ability to drive a deal from prospecting to contract.

The ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict, foster honest dialog

Experience with account portfolio planning and prioritization

Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

High energy, quick learner, adaptable, ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure

Energy and positivity to instill into the TigerConnect culture

Strong understanding and experience with highly complex consultative sales processes
