As an Accounting Manager with a strong technical knowledge who is also comfortable owning and leading all areas of operational accounting, you will bring your experience to establish best practices and implement controls, in a fast-growing subscription company. You will play a key role in building out accounting processes and setting up Literati for success in the future.

What You'll Do...

Lead and assist with all aspects of the month-end G/L close process, including the review and supervision of accounting team members

Work with the Controller to ensure compliance with GAAP accounting, performing research as needed and formally documenting accounting processes

Manage Accounts Payable disbursements and report daily cash availability

Review non-routine transactions and recommend appropriate accounting

Collaborate with Finance on monthly reporting and variance analysis

Perform ad-hoc projects as needed, including prepare/review schedules and support for accounting reporting

Manage requests from external audit and tax teams

Assist with the implementations and integrations of new accounting systems and processes

What You Need...


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

2+ years in Big 4 experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting
