In this newly open role, we are looking to hire an experienced B2B digital marketing marketer, who is able to own-and-lead specific digital marketing initiatives across our geographical regions (i.e. AMER, EMEA, APAC). Initiatives will include developing paid search channels and digital reporting capabilities, as well as shaping cross-team collaboration and associated processes.

Operating as a key player in our Digital Marketing team, the overall goals for the successful candidate will be to: 

Accelerate global paid search performance across multiple languages

Lead digital marketing’s performance reporting documentation and communication 

Document and develop cross-team collaboration processes for digital-led activities

Be an internal subject matter expert for digital marketing requests

The Digital Marketing Manager role is a combination of both strategic and tactical – our ideal candidate will be confident in leading data-driven digital optimization at a global level, whilst being acutely familiar in partnering with Field and Function marketing teams, to optimise performance on a day-to-day basis.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

Knowledgeable (and articulate) on digital-first, through-the-funnel persona journeys and digital’s associated role, for influencing both lead and pipeline creation

At least three-years of digital marketing experience, primarily in performance marketing

Ability to craft short-form copy for servicing paid media audience journeys, working with internal content development teams

Skilled platform user, ideally in Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Adobe Analytics, and Marketo

Confident in data analytics, segmentation and reporting, specifically across performance, operational, and channel hygiene metrics

Able to work with key internal stakeholders for fulfilling primary responsibilities, including: Finance (budget planning); Operations and Analytics (tracking and reporting); Demand Gen and Field (audience segmentation and targeting); Solutions (content), and; Design and Web (asset build)

Advocate for culture – given this role is a global role, it’s important that the successful candidate is keen to embrace cultures from across the globe as part of building collaborative working relationships across multiple timezones, whilst being an advocate for promoting the value and impact of paid media across the organisation
