About the Sales Enablement Role

The Lucidworks Revenue Operations team is looking for a seasoned enablement professional who can take over a program with a strong foundation and take it to the next level. With the business environment radically changed, we need someone who can creatively adjust our enablement program to the new realities of remote working and remote selling. You must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to develop enablement programs that are role-specific, but leverage universal themes to ensure alignment across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Facilitating new hire stand up and continuing upskilling for Sales Managers, Account Execs, Inside sales and Channel worldwide. 

Enhance the existing new hire on boarding process covering both product and sales process/methodology.

Manage Field Enablement calls covering Win reviews and updated marketing & field marketing plans.

Develop regular newsletter cadence to keep the field informed and updated on organizational initiatives.

Evaluate and implement Enablement tooling and processes to help maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.

About You:

8+ years experience building and coaching highly productive sales teams in the B2B software and/or SaaS space

Demonstrated passion for competition and winning

Experience developing and executing sales on-boarding programs

Experience developing and executing online curriculums

Experience delivering (virtual) instructor-led training

Experience with and strong understanding of how to effectively leverage state-of the art sales enablement tools

Confident & engaging presentation and communication skills

Comfort engaging with all levels of the organization

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously

Familiarity with Command of the Message Sales Methodology a plus
