You’ll be working alongside a team of talented sales agents and engineers to help our customers find the insurance that’s right for them. This job entails no cold-calling and only outreach to customers that have made requests for coverage through our mobile apps. 

The Role

Be a driving force in the success of the company's goals and objectives by achieving quota and delivering world class customer service

Build and maintain customer relationships by listening to their needs and putting them first

Educate customers on insurance and match them with the coverage they need  

Close new accounts by interacting with customers, primarily via telephone and email 

Build and maintain a sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and complete information using Salesforce

Be a positive team member and have a can-do attitude

Qualifications

0-2 years of sales experience

College degree required  

Obtain insurance license(s) prior to starting the position (completed as part of the interview process)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Capacity to learn concepts quickly and independently 

A passion for learning and improving Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
